Rattan Furniture Online is hosted by Garden Furniture UK Ltd. We are a UK based company. We only accept orders from people living in the United Kingdom and orders must be in (GBP) Great British Pounds Sterling. All our electrical items are suitable for UK voltage requirements.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You the consumers statutory rights are not excluded or limited in any way in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
It is a condition of your access and use of this web site that you agree and comply with in full the following terms and conditions of use. You are authorised to use this web site in accordance with these terms and conditions and Garden Furniture UK reserves the right to restrict access or use by any person whom it considers does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Please be aware that Garden Furniture UK may from time to time alter the information on this web site, including these terms and conditions.
By viewing and / or purchasing from this website www.rattanfurniture-online.co.uk or from other websites in our group or ordering via telephone you are entering into a contract that is legally binding and you have agreed to have accepted our following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions please contact our staff who will be pleased to assist with your query.
1. ORDERING FROM GARDEN FURNITURE UK Ltd
When you have ordered from us via our online checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors prior to confirming the order. Once the order is completed, we will send you an order confirmation detailing the products you have ordered and the pricing to the e-mail address provided during the ordering process.We will notify you by phone or e-mail if we cannot accept your order or if you cancel the order prior to dispatch.
We may refuse to accept an order
If there has been a description or pricing error.
If we cannot obtain payment authorization
If you do not meet the criteria set out in our terms and conditions
2. PRICING
The prices quoted by the Garden Furniture UK are only valid at the time of and are exclusive of any other matters unless otherwise agreed and may be changed at any time
If an incorrect price is displayed, We at Garden Furniture UK reserves the right to refuse orders as set out in our terms above.
Our prices all incude VAT at the applicable rate. Any orders made outside of the UK will be charged including the applicable UK rate of VAT. Any UK VAT paid can then be claimed back through your home country
Our prices include FREE DELIVERY to the majority of mainland UK (exceptions may occcur including Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK Islands) we will contact you if an additional fee is required to other destinations.
3. DELIVERY
The company will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time.
The Company will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond its control.
We use national reputable carries to distribute all of our goods & cannot be directly liable for any items lost or damaged in transit but we will endeavour to help with any claims you may have.
Our deliveries are on pallets to kerbside only unless otherwise stated and it is at the discretion of the driver as to whether they will carry the set around the house to the back. And transporting furniture sets to the rear of the house will not be the essence of the contract. Following on from this, certain products are delivered on a free pallet with packing to protect. It is the customers responsibility to dispose of this 'packaging' and not that of Garden Furniture UK.
It is essential that you open and check your goods before signing for them. If any of the goods received seem to have been damaged or the packaging is damaged please refuse them or sign for them damaged on the paperwork do not sign for them unchecked as this does not cover you or us for insurance claims.
Checking goods after you have signed for them is too late as we cannot claim for any damages occurred in transit without noting this on the couriers paperwork.
Our prices include Free delivery to the vast majority of the UK (exceptions may apply for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, UK islands and Northern Ireland) however if a delivery will attract an additional shipping fee then we will contact you first in order to confirm that you still wish to continue the order.
If a delivery is refused or aborted of a prearranged delivery we reserve the right to charge for a second delivery as our FREE DELIVERY obligation only stands for the first delivery attempt.
4. CANCELLATION, RETURNS POLICY
We aim to offer a no hassle returns policy however our cancellation and return policy varies slightly between our many varied product ranges as set out below:
General Cancellation and Returns Information:
All orders must be paid for before delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order please e-mail your details and order reference to Garden Furniture UK. Any order cancellation must be made in writing prior to dispatch and once dispatched the returns policy is as follows.
So as to comply with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, all orders have a ‘Seven Day Cooling Off Period’. The cardholder is liable to all return shipping costs under this right, please contact our team for advice if you wish to exercise this right.
All returned / exchanged products (including the boxes) must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION i.e. NOT WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and they must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. N.B. - DO NOT TAPE UP, OR WRITE ON BOXES. They must also be suitably packaged. Responsibility of the goods remains that of the customer until safely received Outdoor Leisure EU accepts no liabilty for goods lost in transit back to our warehouse.
If any item that arrives damaged will be collected and replaced within a reasonable period of time. All damages / defects must be reported within 48 hours from the date of delivery
Any returns due to defects or damages must be notified within 5 days from delivery. The damaged items will be replaced within a reasonable period of time and at no cost to the customer. We may however require photographic evidence of the damage / defect before any replacement / collection can be instigated.
If a customer wishes to exercise their right to return the product under our 7 day return procedure, the return carriage can be arranged Garden Furniture UK the cost of which will be debited from the original payment amount prior to any refund and will be quoted at cost. All returned items must be suitably packaged in their original packaging and if delivered on a pallet, must be collected on the same size pallet.
5. WARRANTIES
Garden Furniture UK provide a high range of quality products with varying manufacturing warranties many of very established brands. Each manufacturer provides their own warranty for their products. and details of these are either on the product information or directly from the manufacturer directly with the delivered products.
During the warranty period of a product should develop a problem you are entitled to have the products inspected by the manufacturers Garden Furniture UK may request photos of any problems that can be passed onto the manuracturers to ensure the issue is dealt with correctly and parts etc are identified correctly. In order to inspect the product under warranty you may be required to take the said product to your nearest manufacturers agent. Any fault deemed by the agent to the under warranty will be rectified by the manufacturing agent.
If the problem is deemed by the manufacturer’s agent to be due to wear and tear or misuse (including commercial use of a domestic product) rather than a manufacturing fault, then charges may be made for rectification. Should there be any claim against this from the customer in this regard then their issue should be taken up with the manufacturer directly and not with Garden Furniture UK
Many products come with a warranty registration card upon delivery, This must be completed and registered with the manufacturer for any warranty to be valid.
Should the manufacturers agent conclude that the repair is the customers responsibility, the customer will in no way hold Garden Furniture UK responsible. Where a customer has a guarantee / warranty issue we will endeavour to assist wherever practically possible.
